Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, where they apply, are added at checkout. We work hard to keep prices and stock counts accurate, but mistakes can slip through. If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know right away, and you can pick a similar item or cancel for a full refund.
Payments and Subscriptions
Nspire Box uses trusted third-party services, including PayWhirl [and Stripe, or whichever processor you connect to it], to handle payments and billing for the Nspire subscription box. When you subscribe, you’re giving us permission to automatically charge your payment method on each billing date. It’s your job to keep your payment info current. If your card expires or gets disconnected, please update it in your account at [your account link] as soon as possible. If it isn’t updated, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. Technical Issues
We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes technology has other plans. If something goes wrong on our end or with a third-party service, like a payment glitch or a disconnected card, we’ll work to fix it quickly, including reconnecting your payment method if needed. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nspire Box [add “LLC” or your legal entity type if you have one] isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by payment processing errors, third-party service outages, technical problems, or subscription interruptions, including issues with recurring payments.

Some things to check:
- PayWhirl and processors: PayWhirl usually connects to a payment processor like Stripe, so confirm which one you’re using and name it in the Payments section.
- Account link: Customers manage their subscriptions through a PayWhirl portal, so use the link PayWhirl gives you for the account page. The earlier cancellation and refund sections should use that same link.
- Legal entity: If Nspire Box is registered as an LLC or other entity, use that exact name in the liability section.
